Abandoned Property – Santa Clara

This is a great auction with tons of items. Attn BOOK LOVERS, we found a large amount of first edition, signed books.  See pics.  Also, the tandem bike is a famous Mike Milton bike. There is a Miele vacuum (model S7210 cleaner), (2) Elliptical bikes ranging up to the 3,000.00 dollar price tags Concept 2 PM5 rower, antique furniture, and a huge amount of box lots due to a pack out.  Due to a break in attempt, this home has moved most of the contents to a 10 x 30 1-mile away*.  Many of the items were also moved into the garage and locked up for safety. The photos do not do justice to the items being offered.  This will be an awesome auction for re-sellers due to box lot packing.  Box lot of kitchenware. Also up for auction are 2 laptops and a Macbook Pro, exercise equipment, kitchenware’s and so much more we have not been able to see or take pictures of. We will be adding more photos soon.

* The entire 10 x 30 will go as one lot. The storage unit will need to be cleared out entirely.

Note from auctioneer:  Due to a break in attempt, contents from home was moved to a 10 x 30 storage.  When I went to look at it, this first 5 ft was a small amount of furniture.  Following that was boxes filled to the back.  See photo album.  We will sell the storage unit at 1:00, off site. The owner of the home will be available to take the awarded PERSON directly to the container.  You can then put your own lock on it.  A 200.00 cash cleaning deposit will be required and you will have until Monday to clean out the unit.  Once the unit is cleaned,  I will give the cash deposit back.  The storage unit is exactly 1.0 mile from the auction site  (address will be provided)
Please bid according to the album with the photos.  There was a queen mattress set in there and was moved for your convenience.
