All Stainless steel items that are “on wheels” will be sold. If you’re planning to attend please make sure you have your tools and ladders to dismount TV’s etc. If items are plumbed in with gas/electric you must have a certified plumber and or electrician with you. Sunday hours will be available for additional removal, so please be prepared.
Note from the auctioneer:
“Anytime we are consigned to do a “Belief of Abandonment” property auction it should always be noted that the renters/owners have the legal right to come forward and pay their storage fees up to the minute of the auction. When this happens we are forced to stop the auction process as in the recent cancellation of the “Fremont Tech” auction. These cancellations are beyond our control and we want to apologize for any inconveniences if ever in the future again.”
