Terms of sale : Cash only sale | Everything is sold as is
– Cash cleaning deposit required, refundable after clean out is complete 40.00 to 100.00 TBD
– Must have reseller certificate number/copy with you or you will have to pay the sales tax
– One day to clean out unless manager allows extra time
– Do not walk in or touch anything from outside the unit
– Do not use onsite dumpsters for trash
– No smoking on facility
– Please return any personal items such as birth certificates
– Bring your flashlights and trucks/help
