This house is a 3 story amazing historical home located in Belvedere, CA. (The tip of Tiburon). There are rooms everywhere, kinda like the Winchester Mystery House (If you can imagine). Antique furniture, vintage chests, Baldwin piano, guitar, and all kinds of amazing collectibles, furniture and items we have not uncovered.

PRIOR TO MAKING A BID FOR THE BELVEDERE AUCTION:

- Belvedere P.D. will be monitoring the area and will issue 1,000.00 $ tickets if the COVID-19 for social distancing is not adhered to.
- By registering to bid on this particular auction you are agreeing that you have read and understood Marin counties policies on this matter.
- Traffic must be kept to a minimum. Keep you appointment for removal on time. Do not bring friends and family along for a ride. You will be required to remove your won lots with minimum assistance.
SPECIAL TERMS
This auction is being conducted with section 2328 of the CA commercial code and section 535 of the CA penal code. Your buying the items as is – where is and nothing is expressed or implied.
There is a 15% BP added to the hammer of each lot plus sales tax so, factor that into your bidding.
NOTE: We must observe the Marin County decisions for Social Distancing and they are enforcing the shelter in place rules. They ARE monitoring the area and with non compliance they will issue a 1,000.00 $ fine. (I’ve been warned).
LOCAL PICK Only for this sale and by appointment with not more than 2 people at a time. I’m sorry to have to announce that but with huge lots we will not be able to ship. Also, you must contact me for a pick up time slot. You MUST HAVE GLOVES AND MASKS WITH YOU! We are to consider this a “CONTACT-LESS” pick-up. We also have been having issues with the tenant breaking in and there could be a chance items will disappear. With that I will be onsite 1 hour prior to sale in order to verify items are still as pictured. You may have to call me ONLY if you are a local serious buyer. We are rapidly trying to get passed this unfortunate sale due to the legal issues and COVID-19.
