Previously called My Spirit Garden. The is a 30,000 SF warehouse retail space with a bit of manufacturing as well. Sales for reference were Amazon, Esty, and Wayfair. Wonderful retail items such a Buddahs’ various statues, Vases, Cement based tables, garden stools.
Plus warehouse equipment, Pallet jacks, Pallets racking (approx 200 LF). Refrigerators, cement products, Custom skateboard sneakers and so much more. Perfect for re-sellers and end users. :Large and small lots. (Commercial grade). The auction will be cataloged and we will have 3 days for removal. Wavier’s will be required to be signed prior to entering the building.
NOTE: We are extending the preview from 10 am to 12 pm. There is a huge amount of products there. We will sell the display room in smaller lots for end users and the warehouse will be sold in bulk and by the 4 x 8 pallet rack area. 2 pallet jacks will be available and also a forklift for load assistance.
If your into manufacturing and starting or want to start a business there is the mold process, which we will sell in 1 large lot.
Note: The Yale forklift and Mixer are not part of the auction if missed in a picture.
Removal will be Sunday and Monday for items on the floor. Tues and Wednesday for all shelved items and items that need a forklift. Thursday and Friday will be for the pallet racks.
