Details: Rules of engagement:  At 1145 we will meet at the gate to the storage facility and walk in. I’ll open the doors and you may preview. First floor unit, roll up door. We will then have to go outside the gate and at 12:00 we will begin the bidding. 1 lot winner takes all.  There will be a 100.00 cash deposit, which you will receive back upon emptying the unit. You will have 5 days to clear the unit. End of day on the 27th or September. (Take a picture of the door open and empty and I will either paypal or Venmo or meet and return your deposit).
