Location: 201 South B street, San Mateo, CA
This restaurant was know as King fish and or The Merkel building. It’s located in a 3 story historical building in San Mateo, CA. There’s an amazing amount of stuff to include restaurant equipment, items such as wrought iron lamps, mini chandeliers, really nice wood tables, booths, pool tables, bar supplies, captains tables and chairs, Everything will go.
Auction ends online with proxibid starting at 5 pm on 1 Nov 2018 (Thursday). Payment must be paid by Friday as check out will begin on Saturday and Sunday at 10 am. We have to turn the keys in on the evening of the 5th by 4 pm. So please bid according to what you can handle and bring plenty of people to help you. Some of the lighting is in place, bring your own ladders. Ceiling is up to 10 ft. Water is turned off for our convenience. Bring your own electrician, dollies and hand carts. There is parking (in yellow) on side of building, its first come first serve. Other parking on street but metered.
