WAREHOUSE LIEN AUCTION – DISPOSABLE NITRILE EXAMINATION GLOVES

All boxes of gloves are packed in white cases. But the gloves with expiration dates in July of 2024 are packed in the box with a blue stripe on the top.  This does not mean the gloves are bad but may not be able to be used in a medical hospital.  They are still good for Health Care Providers, Senior Centers, Dental Care, Mechanics, Gardner’s, Auctioneers, Schools, Janitorial Work, Beauty Services, Child Care, Safety Handling, All Trades, Painters and limited food handling.

SHIPPING
These gloves are housed in a clean warehouse temperature controlled bonded storage facility in Union City, CA.  This company has full capabilities to pack, ship, store and transport all goods.  If you purchase the entire lot, they will be willing to work with you on shipping. You will have approximately 7 from payment day for a load out and if more time is needed it will be case by case and may have a small storage fee  added.  This will be between you and the warehouse facility which we will proved post auction.  Union City, CA for logistic purposes.

Important Information
This auction is being conducted under sections 2328 of the commercial code, section 535 of the penal code and various provisions of the CA civil codes. This auction is an attempt to satisfy a warehouse lein under CA civil code 7209 and 7210.

DESCRIPTION: Approximately 1250 pallets of medical grade latex gloves ranging from small, medium, large and extra-large. Each box of gloves contains 100 pair. There are 10 boxes to a case and there are 120 cases to each pallet. $1,008.00 per pallet bringing in each CASE at $8.40. This is the minimum requirement to satisfy the lien.

A prime opportunity to purchase medical grade gloves at a fraction of the cost. Most gloves sold range from 5 to 13.00 per box.
