DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, Sept 30\, 2017\nAddress: 286 Jaunell Rd\, Aptos\, CA\nNote to the attendees of this auction: As I am sure many of you folks had witnessed the issues we had at the APTOS auction\, I thought I would personally announce our apologies for the major uncomfortableness. \nAs you know on abandoned property the tenant has up to the start of an auction for them to get their items back. They did not make the arrangements. They were afforded the time to retrieve items many weeks past\, they did not take advantage of it. \nLong before the sale is passed to us\, all court issues are complete and finalized. \nTheir behavior was uncalled for and out of line. The road was a private road and they had no jurisdiction to tow. They had no right to threaten with lawsuits. It was all a ploy to attempt to have the auction fail. \nThey were not successful. \nThe police were called out. They verified all of our paperwork and with a promise not to tow\, we moved forward. \nWe have all had misfortunes at some time in our life. But\, I assure you\, tenants are afforded the time to get their belongings. Remember there is always 2 sides to every story. \nWe would never illegally conduct an auction and we always stay above board.
