This is a 10 x 15 storage unit of “The Keyman Auction” products held on Proxibid last month with awesome results. This storage unit is the latest of the collection of various locksets, Baldwins, Schlage, and Kwicksets,. Blank keys, tools and a variety of other items that were picked and placed into storage. If you noticed on the link provided we held a successful auction with strong total sales.  Any additional question you may reach out to me.

Special Terms

This auction is the second phase of the Keyman Auction that was conducted last month. Due to warehouse storage issues we are selling it in 1 lot, winner take all. These items were placed in a Public Storage close to the original warehouse location.
Due to their policies we CANNOT conduct an auction on their property. Therefore we will host a quick preview and go back to Proxibid to do your online bidding. I will contact if you are the winner to open the unit and gain access. BRING YOUR OWN LOCK to relock it. We will give you 1 full week of free storage and removal time. There will be a 300.00 dollar deposit. Once your are cleared out, I will refund you the deposit.
This sale is to be treated as a storage locker auction and all rules apply. Any questions feel free to call me at 408-497-0339.
