Preview Date & Times: Wednesday 27, October 2021. By appt. only, 2 persons at a time. (Please call for time slot). 408-497-0339. This is a private occupied residence. We need to follow the guidelines. you may call me for the address the morning of the preview.
Checkout Date & Times: Check out will be Saturday, 30 October 2021 for non rifle and gun items. All other items will either be shipped or turned over the FFL that we are currently using in Sunnyvale, CA. Information will be provide on a need to know basis.
Description: Rifles, Vintage rifles, Hand Guns, Small quantity of Ammo and other items relating to rifles. A private family collection.
Location: Calero and Snell, San Jose, CA 95123

Special Terms

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. USAuctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, or on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall USAuctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
You are also agreeing on a no charge back policy. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item they purchase. USAuctions is providing Internet bidding as a service. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction and USAuctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Special note for this sale:
FFL requirements for all Firearms manufactured after 1898. All Firearms are sold provisionally. If the gun does not clear we will issue a refund. If YOU purchase a gun/rifle and do not clear, YOU will not get the item back. If I am forced to re-sell the gun you will be charge 35% of the proceeds. Make sure you are eligible to purchase/own a gun. We will use our 3rd party Postal Annex to do our out of state shipping. In state, I will use a local FFL out of Santa Clara/Sunnyvale. Estimated fees and transfers are 50.00 each. you will need the CA real ID. Your firearms safety card (if you do not have one, you can take the test and be provided one for a fee of 25.00 from the FFL). Also a vehicle registration or utility bill for address verification.
