Checkout Date & Times: Load out: For smalls and pallets removal is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 28, 29, 30 June. Large equipment (CNC’s, Pallet Racks and Vertical saws) is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 1,2,3,4. Monday July 5th 2021, 4 pm. I turn in keys.

CNC wood product machining and manufacturing of wood panels and composite materials. 2 CNC centers with up to 5′ x 8′ capacity for production, short runs and prototype development. Items such as KOMO VR-502, Vertical Band Saw, Rockwell Bandsaw, Dust Collecting Systems, Planer’s, Router’s, Tons of Plywood, Power Feeders, Machining tools, 2 Forklifts Clark and Raymond, HD Pallet Racks. Items like Leading Brand Motorcycle Racing Leathers Boots, and Helmet.
Special Terms
Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. USAuctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, or on the Internet but makes no representations. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.

Pick up/Removal: For small items and pallets removal will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 28, 29, 30 June 2021. For large equipment (CNC’s and vertical saws) will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 1,2,3,4. By Monday July 5th 2021 I am required to turn the keys over by 4 pm. We must be out of the building that day or you will loose your lots. Please do not bid if you cannot meet the timeline. (For the smaller items if you do not show up in time and they get in the way of the larger removal they will be put outside the building and we will no longer be responsible for them. Please do not hold up production.

Note: Caution must be taken as there is construction inside the building. Whomever purchases the tables need to be aware that they are built well and are very heavy. It is recommended to bring tools. Forklift available (if necessary).
